At the age of only 2 years old, my mother’s ex boyfriend first begin molesting me.
The first time I remember being put into Foster Care was in Ayr, Ontario at age 10 with my younger sister Desiree’ and my younger brother Skye. I was stabbed by the foster father, and than we were separated. In my pre-teen & teenager years, I was a Crown Ward-ship to the Family & Children’s Services in the Municipality of the Waterloo Region of Ontario, Canada. During my stay in many different foster homes and group homes with boys and girls of all ages, I was put in GRH WARD (which is basically a mental hospital) where I was experimented on with psychological abuse, and forced serious drugs without any diagnosis such as Seroquel. The drugs were atypical antipsychotics, used for the treatment of schizophrenia, bipolar disorder, and major depressive disorder.
I was only 12-13 years old when they forced the drugs on me. I was also given birth control meant for woman in their menopause, before it was taken off store shelves and than brought back. Menopause is the time that marks the end of your menstrual cycles. It’s diagnosed after you’ve gone 12 months without a period. Menopause can happen in your 40s or 50s, but the average age is 51 in the United States. Menopause is a natural biological process. The Birth Control Drugs I was illegally given, was given to me because Family & Children’s services knew my mother’s boyfriend and his cousin were raping me. (This is noted in my child file case notes that I have) The drug is called Depo-Provera Contraceptive Injection, and stopped my period altogether. I’m lucky I was able to have children years later. #TellSomebody

Totally planning to expose as much as possible in Sampson County!! Qualified Immunity is ridiculous and used so CPS cannot be held accountable. Doing everything as State DHHS recommended, but got nowhere with county commissioners. Meeting with county manager on November 28 and learning everything I can to file civil rights violations pro se. Cannot find one attorney to help in our jurisdiction!! My boys were 17 and 15, and I cannot imagine what CPS is doing to twist and manipulate words of younger children, not to mention the words of parents! Got a letter from the school board that the words used in the caseworker’s paperwork DID NOT come from them. We initiated that investigation when CPS supervisors refused to. We also stopped being scared of their threats, told them to file a petition and took our boys out of their forced mental health care. They refused to allow us to be involved in the boys therapy. Placed them in private care where we quickly learned about online sexual abuse. CPS did not report that, though. We reported it to NCMEC as well as the NC SBI. My advice, comply with nothing without a court order!!! Don’t even talk to them unless they have one!!!! Keep every text message and record all interactions with caseworkers!!!!! And if you have an attorney telling you to comply with everything, beware! This advice is not in your best interest!! Case was dismissed by judge in January 2022. But, no CPS accountability is inexcusable!

My name is Josephine Crosby I have a son (9/17/21) with my husband Keith Crosby Jr and a daughter (1/13/10) from a previous relationship. When my daughter was just 7 years old she wrote a note in school stating that she hated herself and wanted to die due to her teacher telling her no, at that point I put her in therapy she was going every two weeks but continue to get worse on February 15th 2017 she went to school and told her teacher that I wanted to kill myself when she came home from school that day I took her to Stonybrook CPEP to get evaluated at that time they diagnosed her with adjustment disorder. When I realized that therapy was not working I decided to send her to live with her bio father. She lives with him for a month before sending her to live with her maternal grandparents. In May of 2019 my daughter came back to live with me because my mother was not following the terms of our temporary custody agreement as well as my daughter wanting to return home. On 5/9/21 when My daughter was in trouble she stated that my husband has been sexually abusing her, despite her being in trouble I automatically took her to get evaluated, being pregnant with the pandemic going on I chose to leave my daughter with hospital staff until she was ready to be discharged. While in the hospital she told the Drs that My husband has never done any sexual abuse and she only said that because she was upset. My family recently returned to Long Island due us losing our apartment in Rochester from the pandemic as well we wanted our newborn son to be around family. Living in a shelter we naturally thought things couldn’t get any worse, on July 21st, 2022 we realized things could get worse. Me and my husband went to the shelter to pick up our daughter from summer camp when we arrive we were met by a Suffolk county cps worker, Maxine Bacchi. She stated that my daughter had told camp staff that my husband has been sexually abusing her and that he would need to leave the shelter and if he refused, even if I was compliant, that they would put my children into cps custody. I decided with my daughters mental health problem and being that she already kicked me in my stomach when I was carrying my son as well as me experiencing difficulties getting her properly evaluated it would be best for me to put her into cps custody. We have not had a facts and finding case yet and my son has only seen his father through a computer screen and was only able to do so after having a no contact order in place for about 2 weeks. The courts have refused to look at any evidence regarding my daughter’s mental health and cps has failed to address her mental health needs. On August 29th I was told that they are having difficulty getting her properly evaluated. My husband is on the verge of getting arrested, my family has been torn apart and we have exhausted all resources. In the time that my husband was away my son began to exhibit more signs of separation anxiety, examples being he did not eat as much solids, he was eating more breastmilk then solids although he was still taking solids, my son also did not want to be put down as much and if he was put down he would cry unless he had constant engagement. When I made cps as well as my lawyer and the court appointed lawyer for my son on 9/6/22. They began to use this information against me. I asked my Cps worker for referrals when she denied I asked her supervisor who also denied. On 9/12/22 my son’s court appointed lawyer called frantically stating that my 11 month old son has an underlying condition and needed to be medicated. I informed her at that time I was in constant contact with my son’s pediatrician and she said it was normal and he does not need to be seen until his 1 year check up. She stated my son needed an in person appointment with his pediatrician in Rochester which he already had one scheduled for 9/24/22. On 9/16/22 my lawyer informed me of a court order dated 9/15/22 that I am to provide the findings of his in person doctors visit within 2 days after the visit, after speaking to my lawyer he stated I just needed to provide him with it and he would make sure the appropriate people would receive it. On Saturday, 9/17/22 on my son’s 1st birthday his lawyer called yelling at my stating she had made an appointment for my son on 9/19/22 in Rochester at his pediatrician, which as stated previously I had been in constant contact with my son’s pediatrician and had already spoke to the Drs to move my son’s visit up to the 19th. She continued to argue the point that my son doesn’t have separation anxiety and my son has some underlying condition and a now 1 year old should be “medicated”. During the entire conversation she never once asked how my son was doing or say happy birthday to her client. I took my son to his 1 year visit where he received his 1 year vaccines and 1 year check up, the Dr later wrote a letter on my behalf explaining that my son weight gain had slowed which is normal for his age with picky toddlers and everything else is normal with his separation anxiety being exasperated by the circumstances currently going on, ex him being away from his father and sister and us recently moving. On 9/21/22 I decided to stay at a hotel because I had been having issues at the shelter I was at as far as noise and the shelter not addressing it and lack of help from the shelter to help better myself and my situation. After arriving my husband came by to drop off money and food for my son because my food stamps that were due to arrive had been delayed until the 24th and having went to the shelter pantry and them stating they really don’t have anything, I do realize I am wrong for violating the order of protection and would never have violated it had I been getting the proper support and assistance from the shelter and cps. When my husband went to leave we were surrounded by at least a dozen sheriff’s who had informed me that I had missed a court date on 9/21/22 stating that my son is not thriving in my care and is losing weight and I have a history of mental illness. The sheriffs then took my son and proceeded to tell me to go to family court at 9 to get my son back. When I went the following morning they informed me I do not go back to court until 9/24/22. On 9/24/22 I requested a new lawyer due to my lawyer failing to provide evidence and failing at communicating. I should also note that this lawyer also had a conflict of interest being that he had previously represented my husband in a different case, which I made him aware of, yet he failed to inform the courts. Lawyer #2 was GREAT. He listened took the time to look at my evidence was ready to go to trial to help me get my son back based on all of my evidence. On 9/27/22 I had a visit with my son who is now very quiet and is no longer speaking much as noted by the 1 year visit his foster parents took him to on 9/28/22 stating he doesn’t stand by himself and doesn’t speak 2 words, which he does stand by himself which I took a picture of him doing the day of the visit. We began the trial on 9/29/22 where the cps worker had reported nothing but false aligations and statements portraying me and my husband out to be these horrible people who beat their 11 month old baby based off of my daughters statement when cps had come visit numerous times never even checking my son for any bruises or marks let alone even asking how he’s doing. She stated she was unaware of me getting any help when I had just spoke to her in the days before and informed her I spoke to numerous places to begin parenting classes and looking for a mental health evaluation, which I have on recording. The court was adjourned for the next day due them not beginning the trial until around 4:30pm and court closing at 5pm. On 9/30/22 when I went into court my lawyer informed me that the judge pointed out that they found my lawyer to have a conflict of interest being that he represented my now 13 year old daughter when she was just 2 weeks old. At that time they informed me they would do everything possible for me to have a visit to be able to nurse my son but if it was not possible they would at least allow me a video visit. On 10/1/22 I called the caseworker and never received any word. I did not have any visit with my son that weekend. On 10/3/22 I went to court where my 3rd lawyer informed me that the judge called a mistrial based on the fact that my new lawyer was not there to hear the cps testimony. My new lawyer informed me that it would be in my best interest to go with what cps is saying and to let them help me get into a program where I would be able to see my son twice a week. I explained to her that cps has filed false information and the judges are just allowing it she stated that cps controls the courts and the judge and proceeded to argue with me, I informed her that I would like a new lawyer based off of her not listening to me and declining to see any of my evidence. When I went into the court room the judge appeared to have a biased opinion being that he only heard the side of cps, I informed the judge who told me they only have but so many 18b lawyers and I should try to make things work with my lawyer. When I asked about getting a legal aid attorney my son’s court appointed lawyer began frantically shaking her head no and even mumbling no no no even hitting the microphone at times. They stated I am unable to get a legal aid attorney due to my daughter being represented by the children’s bureau. The judge was very rude and did not want to hear anything I had to say at which point I stated that I would also like to request a new judge based on the judge being the judge for a previous case involving my husband, the same case that my first lawyer was one. We are still currently fighting for the return of our son.

subcommittee for children & families – contacting both my state’s Senators who happen to be on it, the Children’s Bureau, Children’s Cabinet, Child Gateway, my local representative & Senator, I have testified before my state committee for child welfare & foster care oversight as well as made numerous submissions, (w the help of my attorney), & reached out to nearly every committee member who has a phone # published, 2 have returned my contacts. KS state government is a little different in that they meet for 90 days, give or take, w the exception of some extra mtgs thrown in here & there. Needless to say, I’ve been on my journey yo ignite KS DCF reform for nearly 5 years, & have accomplished nothing. More families have been separated while I was wasting my time, & more children have been abused & died in DCF care. Almost as horrific as what I continued to uncover about DCF however, is what I learned about my government. I’ll the 1st to admit, prior to 1/29/18, I believed we had a fair & just government, w the rare exception. When our daughter was taken, I honestly believed “This is all a mistake, when we get to court it will be straightened out.” Then, I believed if I can get the data, statistics, & other unacceptable information my research shows into the hands of the right person within the right government agency, they’ll start taking the necessary steps towards DCF reform. The joke’s on me. They all knew. They all know. They all have DCF oversight, they just aren’t using it & they know I, a mere tax paying constituent, can do nothing to change that. The ACF, (Administration for Children & Families), is one of the 2 largest agencies under the HHS, & they ACF receives $62 billion/year, of which 14% goes to foster care. 53% of KS DCF budget comes from the ACF, which grants the ACF, HHS, OIG, OLAB, etc. oversight over DCF. Having reached the top, w nowhere to go, no one left to call, I called Cabinet member Secretary of HHS Xavier Becerra’s office. Of course I wasn’t allowed to speak to him, but I had a nice conversation w his administrative assistant. I do plan on writing him, but seeing as his bio, & background make no mention of DCF, etc. I’m not holding my breath. Thank you.

Hi everyone.

We had CPS called on us because my child is homeschooled. A caseworker came two weeks ago, did a safety assessment and said they found nothing, the case would be closed and they left.

Fast forward to today, another caseworker shows up at my door while we are eating. This caseworker is saying the case wasn’t closed and wouldn’t leave. She said it’s normal for them to come back every two weeks (not true). No plan was put in place because it was deemed safe.

I have left some voicemails for lawyers. What can I do about this? This is now harassment. They won’t stop coming back even after finding absolutely nothing.

This has affected my child, who now has PTSD I’m pretty sure from this situation. He keeps asking everyday if the lady is going to come back and if he’s going to be taken away from us. He has had troubles sleeping because of this, and it has caused a lot of stress. All of this over my child being homeschooled.

Human traffickers are retaliating on us by calling law enforcement on us saying we are not fit parents.

Our daughter is being unlawfully, falsely detained at Children’s Mercy Hospital in Kansas City, Missouri. She has edema, she is STABLE, she has no emergency. They are holding her because her picc line isn’t out before leaving here, but refusing to take it out, and then trapping us from leaving with our daughter who we need a second medical opinion for.
We have recordings over the last 11 hellish days, lying to us over and over, widening the goalposts of when she could go home, always speaking in politician-type terms, refusing to give anything concrete, but always giving longer and longer timelines of how long she would be trapped there, DESPITE being recorded over and over again for the last 4-5 days saying how she’s improving more and more every day – getting better, but always staying longer.

Update 1: They keep telling us the doctor is “coming now” multiple times for over an hour. They have now put her on a 12 hour hold as of 45 minutes ago, but not telling us what else is happening. They are leaving us in the hall to ask questions they now refuse to answer.

Update 2: They have barred us from recording anything audio or video, denying the law of one-person consent within Missouri, citing “PRIVATE property,” so that we cannot verify their corruption and child kidnapping ring into a PUBLIC system that we did not and will NEVER consent to our family being forced into.

UPDATE 3: They gave an insulting list to us of things we must do/not do, to be allowed to stay with our child. Within minutes, two nurses came in and started to drug our beautiful daughter. My husband and I stayed silent. They asked her if she was ready for the cocktail and she said no. They told her they had to, but asked what order she wanted the drugs in. She told them none, and they worked to wear her down to give them an answer that sounded like she gave consent and has bodily autonomy, but she said no again. My husband or I said, “she’s not going to consent, so whatever makes things easier for you, would be easiest on her.” Their response was snotty and rude, telling us we were “getting in the way of care.” I asked how, why? They told us we don’t tell them how to do their job (??), and then left. Within minutes, police escorted us off the premises for 24 hours. It was a setup the entire time, if we even said ANYTHING, to steal our child and force an abandonment between loving parents and child.

I know by posting this, I risk them punishing and destroying our whole family in retaliation, and yet, we need help to save her. They are trying to silence her and us from protecting her.

Hello my name is Camille Walker born February 12th 1984 in Albuquerque New Mexico relocated to Toledo Ohio in June 2012. I have no rights in America after witnessing government crimes in late 2004 with my brother and first Husband Mohamed Sufyan; I’ve lived half my life trying avoid being murdered, set up with false allegations and protecting my family from the same fate.

Unfortunately I lost my brother in 2012 after he was set up in a car accident (Victor Walker 8/1/1985), and now my 16 teen year old son who has psychiatric issues was illegally placed in Belmont Pines residential hospital (abuses patients) on August 8th 2022 by Child Protective Services after false allegations were made against me by The University of Toledo Hospital.

I recorded them in unethical Behavior and malpractice against my son Saladin Sufyan(12/01/2005) and they retaliated. My youngest son Shilo Allen (7/18/2018) who has autism is being targeted as well with legal kidnapping by our Government currently. My children and I are denied adequate medical care, and I’m denied constitutional rights or a right to a fair trial after false allegations are implemented against me ( evidence is always suppressed).
I’m a student of Biblical Theology at Liberty University (2013- present )and the former recording secretary of The Federated Republican women of Santa Fe New Mexico (2012).

I’ve been poisoned and tried to be made to look like a suicide in April of 2012, I was then attacked by a setup husband ( Thomas S Allen) on January 12th 2022 and he tried to make me look like a suicide with a firearm; Those were the close calls, I’ve survived 5 hitmen to date and 2 false allegations.
