Destiny Tapia’s Story

This is Destiny Tapia. I’m writing about the abuse that went on in my house through the years at 760 Brushy Creek Dr, Lakehills, TX 78063 and the other man who was right in front of my house guy named John bandy.
Ann Would spank me but not as bad as George. I feared Ann was always cut down by him. I saw a picture in her room with a black eye. I believe he hit her and probably abused her when I was at school.

2009 Ann would get mad at me and slam the angels she got me on the floor and break them to get back at me when she mad she would throw things at my head like shoes and plastic stuff.

2009 I was 9 years old. I talked back to him scared I ran to my room and put my dresser in front of it blocking it. He managed to get in and hit me so hard so many times he wouldn’t stop.

He made me sleep on the same mattress for years and it caved in. If he still has my twin size bed I’m too big for it 2010 till 2021.
2016 15 years old they gave me a key because they were going to town but when I used it it didn’t work I was out side 40 min in the heat waiting for them only for Ann to lie and train the keys out to a working and say I didn’t know how to unlock when I did know how.

2018 17 years old We redid the bathroom there was black mold everywhere and forced me to use my bare hand to pick it up and breath it in while he ware a mask and gloves.
2006 6 years old I would be screamed at for trying to go to the bathroom at night so I would pee in Dr drawer or a trash can in my room I was to scared of getting into trouble for going to the bathroom.
George Tapia hit me at age 7 in 2007 with whip and belt or hand, sometimes with a medal spoon on my hands or back.
2006 6 years old I would fight to not go to church. I would whip and whip out the door with this long switch.
2007 7 years old) I would have massive migraines and they wouldn’t help me and would cry so bad no one helped me. He hit me and told me he would give me something to cry about. This happens in my bedroom.
2012 11 years old I was in 8th grade when I went crazy because way they treated me and threatened to kill myself and was cutting my arms and I was sent to Laural Ridge where I told them how I was treated badly at home when I got out he told me it was all in my head and pushed finger against my head.
2008 8 years old, if I did the dishes wrong he would grab my arm really hard and show how to do the dishes the right way by forcing my hand in hot water even though I said it was hot he did not care.
2006-2008 8 years old I ran away again by jumping over the fence behind the yellow shed. There is a cedar tree I would climb to escape a lot. hiding and had to go back and I got beat with a belt hard where left marks on me.
2008 8 years old it’s a school year. I sitting next to George he would grab my arm and squeeze it making his nails indent into my skin on my arm and my leg .
2009 9 years old he told me when we come out show is best time for a spanking because we’re wet so it hurts even more.
2008 9 years old I printed out pictures of porn because I was shown it by the neighbor john I got whipped by for it and told it was sin never asked me who told me about this I felt awful about it.
2012 I’m 12 or 11 years old I tell George in the kitchen that he racist against me he then replays nobody in north Carolina wanted me because I was nigger.
2012 I was 12 years old.I ran away because they kept locking me outside in the heat Ann called cops many times on me they said the would send me back to north Carolina where I belong.
2016 around 15 and 16 I brought a cat home and he called me a stupid bitch and he thru the cat out the window of the red Toyota tundra truck and I wanted run away so got out of the truck and he sped off.
2013 13 years old I was locked outside in the middle of the night. I was screaming to be let back in. I was out there 1 hour and a half and got beat on the door in the middle of the night by George when he got home.
2009 9years old I would be locked outside in the rain with no jacket for 2 or 3 hour for not eating.
2015 15 years old I was sick and had diarrhea he I was whipped in bed because are chocolate when I get whipped it’s more than once.
2016 16 years old I made ann mad and I ran in my room which is on the right side scared because she was gonna whip me so I locked it and she took a hammer to the doorknob and it broke so I got trapped in my room hiding in the closet and neighbor removed it so she could beat me.I never had a door after that so you could see me changing close.

April 27 he killed my dog he said he ran her over but it didn’t look like my dog was run over he kicked her to death I got mad and he called me a dumb bitch for running away I was angry because Ann just died on February 4 and now my dog Little bit is dead because he killed her and I had just vacuum that day and he comes home from town with Anna and tell her to vacuum I got so mad I pushed the table knock and he runs in I push to defend my
